Awesome private Tours
• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure your tour reservation.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the tour start date.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely via Visa, MasterCard, American Express through our website. Secure payment
• Credit Card Security: We maintain strict confidentiality and do not share or sell your credit card
Cancellation Policy and Fees
• 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund (100%).
• 5 to 6days before the tour date: 50% refund
• 4 days or less before the tour date: No refund.
• Non-Refundable Entrance Fees: If we purchase tickets in advance (e.g., Versailles, Louvre, Eiffel Tower),
• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up, the tour will be considered a « no-show » and non-refundable.
Changes to Reservations
• Modifications: Changes will be accommodated if possible but are not guaranteed.
• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, flight delays/cancellations, or civil disturbances.
• Alternative Arrangements: In the event of a strike at a museum or other venue, we will offer an alternative tour of equivalent value. If this is not accepted, the tour will be considered non-refundable.
Additional Information
• Duration and Overtime: The duration of each tour is specified in your booking. Any additional time incurred due to delays by the client will be charged at 105 euros per hour.
• Chauffeur-Driven ad guide Tours: Tours include all applicable taxes, insurance, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and the driver’s salary. Personal expenses and meals are not included unless otherwise stated
• Luggage and Personal Items
• Private Tours Paris and its partners are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or luggage. We cannot guarantee the recovery of any items left in vehicles or other locations during the tour.
Gratuities
• Tips for Guides and Drivers: Gratuities are not included in the tour price and are at your discretion.
